Pi Week is one of Einstein’s most beloved traditions, where we celebrate both π (3.141592653…) and delicious pie with activities, games, and plenty of laughter. The grand finale? Watching Einstein teachers get pied in the face on Friday, March 13—all based on student votes!
The Pi-K adds an active twist to the fun, bringing together students, families, and the wider community for a morning filled with movement, music, and memories. Whether you’re racing for a personal best, taking a leisurely stroll, or cheering from the sidelines with a slice of pie in hand, this is a celebration you won’t want to miss.
Event Details:
Registration: $35 before January 31, 2026, then $45 before February 28, 2026, and $55 before March 7, 2026 (registration includes Pi-K swag and commemorative bib)
Location: Windhaven Meadows Park, 5400 Windhaven Pkwy, Plano, TX 75093
Race Day Packet Pick-Up: Begins at 7:00 AM
Race Start: 8:00 AM (following opening remarks and the national anthem)
On-Course Support: Water stations and volunteers along the routes
Timing: The 2026 Pi-K will be timed by Cowtown Timing.
About the Course / Course Map: The 2026 Pi-K is based on a USATF-certified 5K course (TX23003MWC). The entire course (pictured below) is located within Windhaven Meadows Park and on the Legacy Trail. The course is an out-and-back. It was measured free of restrictions using the shortest possible route within the prescribed path.
