Eric Reiman teaches advanced math and physics at Einstein. This year, his classes include Precalculus, Calculus, Physics 2 (a Calculus-based Physics class), and Mechanical Engineering. Eric models his own teaching on his favorite teachers from high school and college; the best teachers he ever had were wellsprings of knowledge, but also personable and uproariously funny. This is what Eric strives to be for his students. Eric’s philosophy is that if he can make students laugh, he can make students learn!
Eric has taught at Einstein for 11 years. He has three bachelor’s degrees – in Mechanical Engineering, Math, and Physics – and he holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. After a few years working in the engineering world after graduation, Eric transitioned back to academia in 2008. A gifted teacher, Eric now gets to spend each day at Einstein doing what he loves!
