Dave Girardi is the Director of Education at the Einstein School. Dave’s primary mission is to cultivate an environment where creativity, integrity, and curiosity thrive. Dave is always on the lookout for teachers who not only love what they do but encourage their students to ask questions and wonder “why.” Always thinking of new and innovative ways to support students, Dave understands the power of open-ended inquiry: “Curiosity is such a powerful motivator! At Einstein, we want all our students to explore the world around them by always asking questions!”
Born and raised in Florida, Dave first moved to Texas to attend UNT. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and Elementary Education, a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, and has over 25 years of experience in education. He has taught in Texas and New Mexico, and worked in urban, suburban, and rural schools. Dave spent 14 years in the Dallas metroplex as a school administrator and most recently, he worked to coach and model effective teaching practices at Region 10. Through years of experience, Dave has gained not just expertise, but practice applying his creative, out-of-the-box thinking.
