Prerequisite: LS Japanese 1

In this class the students will build upon the skills acquired in LS Japanese I. Students will be expected to master katakana and hiragana and increase their knowledge of kanji by increasing the number and difficulty of kanji learned. In Japanese 2, the students will begin to communicate in Japanese without using formulated sentence patterns. They will be able to apply the skills learned in this class to everyday activities.
